All Sunshine & Coastline Rentals properties are fully furnished and include utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen essentials, linens, towels, and in-unit laundry (where applicable). Simply arrive with your personal belongings and enjoy a comfortable, move-in-ready home.
What is the minimum stay requirement?
Most reservations require a minimum stay of 30 nights. Please check the property listing for specific availability and minimum stay requirements.
Are utilities included?
Yes. Electricity, water, internet, and other standard utilities are included. Utility usage may be subject to reasonable monthly limits as outlined in your rental agreement.
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary parking is available at all properties. Specific parking arrangements are provided prior to check-in.
